To setup your Get Satisfaction integration, go to "Settings" and then "Get Satisfaction".
Get Satisfaction email:This is the email that the Get Satisfaction posts will be coming from (instead of the original user's name and image). It should be an anonymous user, such as customerservice@yourcompany.com. What you select here will appear as highlight in the red box below.
Get Satisfaction community name: The name of the Get Satisfaction community you will be transferring posts to.
You must also make sure to add your Fan Page as both a source and outlet, to pull in the wall content and ensure you are authorized to write on it.
